these are some of my favourites! can’t really hold the crow yet, working on that

couldn’t accomplish dancer pose II. I’m currently working my way from wheel pose to Dwi Pada Viparita Dandasana, so I have a picture of a forearm-variation from today and an older one :)
my cat is always freaked out when I do yoga haha. I also have to work on creating a straight line with my legs (do you understand what i mean?) in headstand.
I also did the ’Foundations in Flow Yoga Class with Fiji McAlpine’ this morning. It’s amazing, really relaxing :)
