only a 22-minute-run but i’m so tired! I ran on a track through the forest that goes steeply uphills almost all the time. My legs hurt so bad! Now shower and a snack, then homework (meh, chemistry exam tomorrow)

breakfast: muesli with half a small apple, half a small pear and milk
snack: small piece of dark chocolate
lunch: potatoes, savoy cabbage, grünkernbratlinge; dessert: pancake with quark-filling and lots of vanilla sauce, half a pear
dinner: small slice of whole-grain bread with quark and a tsp. homemade plum butter, one small apple, half a bell pepper
